Vendor Services
Let our staff assist you in unloading your trailer. We offer 30 minutes of loading assistance for set up and tear down. Pre-payment and reserved set up time required.
We'll focus on the guests, you focus on sales. Have large purchases removed from your booth and loaded in customer vehicles by event staff.
Guest loading service
Ideal for giving short how-to's, demonstrating your products and establishing yourself as an expert, take on the main stage for three 20 minute sessions throughout the weekend. $100

Do you host parties? Teach classes? Sell kits? Create a fun guest experience with your own creative studio right inside the event.
We will provide a 20x20 tent with tables and chairs set up and ready for you to conduct a Make and Take experience. You provide the creativity and supplies, set the price and manage guests as they do the project. (e.g. Make your own customized welcome mat, (you provide mats, stencil and paint) $45 or Learn how to make dried floral wreaths, (supplies included, $85) Sold by the day, first come first serve, $275
